WHAT IS CRYOTHERAPY?
Cryotherapy at CryoCube involves standing in a chamber of extreme cold for up to 4 minutes. The intensely cold air will have countless positive effects on the body.
At CryoCube we offer whole body cryotherapy which is the application of extreme cold on the entire body. We recommend giving the cold air as much exposure to the skin as possible.
Immersing yourself in an ice bath has long been seen as an effective way to recover from injuries, and stimulate the body. But ice baths can be uncomfortable and unpleasant. Whole-body cryotherapy provides the benefits of the cold in a comfortable and controlled environment.

WHAT DO I WEAR FOR CRYOTHERAPY?
In order to get the most from Cryotherapy, we will encourage you to wear as little as possible in order to expose the maximum skin surface to the cold. We will ask you to wear underwear/swimwear or shorts and a vest, and we will provide you with a face and ear mask, boots and gloves.
HOW LONG WILL I BE IN THE CRYOCHAMBER?
You will be in the cryotherapy chamber for between 3 and 4 minutes.
HOW WILL I WARM UP AFTER CRYOTHERAPY?
After your cryotherapy session, you will spend 4 minutes on our Power Plate, before spending 10 minutes in our Infra-Red, red light chamber. With intense benefits of their own, each of our follow up treatments has been specifically designed to give you the best possible experience at CryoCube.
The Power Plate will improve circulation and boost your lymphatic system, while our Infra-Red, Red Light Chamber will stimulate muscle repair, aid pain relief and help improve the appearance of your skin.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I HAVE CRYOTHERAPY?
