I had my first session yesterday and immediately felt an improvement in my stiff knees. This morning several other small aches and pains seem to have just gone as well and my mood is much better.
I’ve been an advocate of cold therapy for a long time but this seems to take it to another level. I was hoping to sleep better but in actual fact I had some very vivid dreams that woke me through the night, wasn’t expecting that but we’ll see how that goes. If you’re worried about the cold, I found this easier than the cold showers I have every day.
I’d recommend CryoCube to anyone, just try it. The guys that took me through the process, Ben and James were great and only added to the experience. I’m very happy and will be going back again soon!
