I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. Customer service is top notch from Ben.
The benefits I have felt from Cryo are beyond. My recovery time has halved, meaning I’m training more intensely more regularly and getting stronger. I’m sleeping better and my mood has improved dramatically. People are quick to assume that it’s uncomfortable or painful, it really isn’t, yes it’s cold, but the benefits in my opinion far outweigh being a little cold for 3 minutes. Can’t wait for my next session
