What an experience kicking off my rehab on my back. After several disc operations over the years, I still get issues every so often with spasms. A great team which will explain the whole process. Start in 1 chamber at -27°c to prepare your body to go into chamber No2, which was -90°c with a wind chill factor of over -120°c. 4 Mins in here was an experience (once you manage to control your breating), this helps recovery, increase movement and reduce inflamation Then onto a power plate to help improve circulation, and then the infra red, red light chamber to stimulate muscle repair and aid pain relief. I would recommend this to anyone who has back issues, sports injuries etc.. I am not saying I am cured, but fair play, I feel a lot more comfortable and less pain.
