Don’t be afraid!
When researching Cryotherapy I was afraid of how cold it would be, if I could bare the freezing temperature and if it would hurt. But I have to say it is nothing like I thought it would be. No pain whatsoever and the coldness is nothing! They put music on in the background that you can choose, which completely takes away the thought of the cold. I also have to give credit to Ben; he has always made me feel at ease from my first treatment. He walked me through the whole process and was there every step of the way to support and guide me.
Cryotherapy is now in my weekly routine and I wouldn’t have it any other way! You have to try this!
