If I’m being completely honest the first time I heard of Cryotherapy was when I found out Jennifer Aniston was using it to recover from her workouts. I’m around the same age and have found myself struggling to recover after the gym these days.
I found CryoCube through Facebook and decided to get myself booked in one Friday right after the gym.
I don’t know what I was expecting when I turned up but I was blown away nonetheless. The absolutely beautiful inside reminded me of a high-end spa or clinic. I met with Ben who talked me through the process and explained everything very clearly.
