"What do I wear when I am in the chamber?"

We supply you with your footwear, gloves and headwear. You can go in the chamber in either swimwear or your underwear. We ask females to ensure there is no wire in their bra prior to entering the chamber.

"How long does my treatment last?"

Accepted Answer

The whole treatment lasts roughly 20 minutes.

Firstly you enter the pre-chamber for 30 seconds to help acclimatise your body to the cold before entering the main chamber.

Once in the main chamber, your treatment will last for 3 minutes. Once this is concluded you'll go back to the pre-chamber for a further 30 seconds before leaving.

You will then receive a Power Plate treatment lasting up to 2 minutes which will help to flush out your lymphatic system and enhance your circulation.

We end the treatment with 10 minutes in the Red Light Therapy chamber which helps to rejuvenate your body at a cellular level.
