Please read the following information carefully before booking a session with CryoCube.

Medical Conditions 

If you are pregnant you will NOT be able to use CryoCube. 

If you are currently or have previously been affected by any of the following, you will need written consent from your Doctor before you can use the treatments and therapies CryoCube offer.

  • Reynauds disease

  • Seizures/epilepsy
  • Allergy or sensitivity to cold
  • Vein inflammations
  • Thrombosis
  • Anaemia
  • Chronical respiratory diseases/asthma
  • Kidney disease
  • Hypothyroidism
  • Arteriosclerosis
  • Cancer
  • Claustrophobia
  • HIV
  • Croglonulinemia (Blood clotting disorder associated with extreme temperatures)
  • Fever
  • Unstable angina pectoris
  • Arrhythmia
  • Peripheral arterial occlusive disease
  • Stroke
  • Heart attack
  • Pulmonary embolism
  • Acute or recent myocardial infarction
  • Excessive perspiration
  • Circulatory/sensory disturbances in your arms or legs
  • Skin problems or fresh scars
  • Acute or recent cerebrovascular accident
  • Any infectious diseases
  • Any infections
  • If you are taking medication on a regular basis
  • If you have recently taken any narcotics
  • If you have a pacemaker
  • If you have any implants

Declaration of Consent 

Before entering the CryoCube you will need to be willing to sign a Declaration of Consent, which will say the following:

I confirm the information above is correct. I confirm that I have been fully informed about the risks regarding the equipment and/or treatments, and I accept responsibility for my use of the equipment/treatments. 

I understand that this consent form covers future treatments within CryoCube and that it will be my responsibility to update the information provided if necessary. 

I am happy for CryoCube (and Cosmetic-Solution GmbH) to store or use my data for statistical purposes.

Customer Information

Appropriate Clothing

In order to enter the Cryotherapy Chamber and the Red Light Therapy room you will need to ensure you are wearing appropriate clothing.

You will not be permitted to enter if you are wearing makeup, contact lenses or any piercings.

You will need to wear shorts and a vest/swimwear, and CryoCube will provide you with a headband, mask, gloves, socks and boots to enter the Cryotherapy Chamber. You will be provided with googles to wear in the Red Light Therapy room.

Customer Questionnaire

CryoCube Team Members 

Please be aware that while you are undertaking treatments at CryoCube, you will be accompanied by either a male or female CryoCube team member. If you have a strong preference to have either a specifically male or specifically female team member accompany you, we advise you to ring CryoCube directly before booking a treatment. 

Cancellation Policy 

CryoCube operates a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel a treatment within 24 hours of the start time of your booking, you will still be charged and you will not be able to rearrange your treatment(s). You are able to rearrange or cancel your appointment until 24 hours before the start time of your treatment, with no charge. 

Arrival Policy 

Please ensure you arrive 15 minutes before the start time of your treatment(s). If you arrive late your treatment will not be rescheduled but you will still be charged.

In accordance with UK and EU legislation we confirm that there is no intention implied or otherwise that any CryoCube treatments are given with the intention of it being a cure, diagnosis or as a preventative for any disease. Any references, studies or testimonials on this website do not imply that similar results will occur when the same therapy is experienced by another.
