I’ve been a CryoCube customer for a while and decided to give SaltCube a go one day after my regular cryotherapy session. I’m normally not a fan of saunas, I had asthma when I was younger so incredibly humid environments make it hard for me to breathe. The staff explained to me that the Himalayan Salt Sauna is dry so I didn’t have to worry.
It is absolutely amazing in there, especially straight after a cryotherapy treatment. I loved it so much I dragged my daughters down the next week and we all enjoyed a sauna. We’ve also signed on to the Yoga classes in the halotherapy room.
It’s nice to see the list of treatments grow so I can share these experiences with my family and friends.
